Contradictory speeches


It's funny how some Mexican IT companies say they now want to compete live against the industry giants, but when it's time to get or keep the people to do such a thing, there is a completely opposite speech.


This double standard is really desperate and start watching from the way they treat their employees.
Good salaries, confident, stability and communications are critical for the workforce cares only for being productive. However, if what is offered is uncertainty, little or no possibility of growth, then the workforce no longer feel identified with the company. Shareholders and managers simply can not ask employees feel they be part of something, when they can not be sure what will be its future within the company.
Low salaries are not the same as low cost, expertise is expensive, and that's why employees are the most important asset of any company.
I hope one day change the mentality of our entrepreneurs.
