Naked Thought

Last Monday was the end of an part of my life, it was my last day at my first job after I graduate from college. I have a lot of fun over there, and also I learn a lot over almost 2 years. I was able to collaborate with many skillful and pleasant people.

Tomorrow I gonna begin a new stage in my life, I'm moving to a new city, to a new opportunity. This is gonna be the first time in my life I'm gonna be by my own without my parents or my little sis there with me, this it's a little frightening but exciting at the same time, but at top of that i'm felling a lot of joy 'cause I'm expecting face new and important challenges which help me grow.

This isn't a Good Bye but a see you soon.

Thanks to all my friends, because i wouldn't be here without their unconditional support.

It's funny how some Mexican IT companies say they now want to compete live against the industry giants, but when it's time to get or keep the people to do such a thing, there is a completely opposite speech.


This double standard is really desperate and start watching from the way they treat their employees.
Good salaries, confident, stability and communications are critical for the workforce cares only for being productive. However, if what is offered is uncertainty, little or no possibility of growth, then the workforce no longer feel identified with the company. Shareholders and managers simply can not ask employees feel they be part of something, when they can not be sure what will be its future within the company.
Low salaries are not the same as low cost, expertise is expensive, and that's why employees are the most important asset of any company.
I hope one day change the mentality of our entrepreneurs.

Sometimes people find so hard to see the big picture. That's normally not so bad, the real problem happens when someone its so stubborn to admit it. That kind of people drive me mad, 'cause they just can't admit they cant look it. It doesn't really matter how hard you try to explain it to them, or in how many ways you try it to make them realize that one drop it's not necessarily a storm.

That's also my problem, 'cause when something like this it's happening to somebody that I really care about, I just can't let that someone alone, for some reason I need they can see it, so the can enjoy it.

I think in that occasions i misjudge the big picture. If I don't try so hard to explain it to them, we could spend a really nice time instead of just fight to each other the little time we can spare together.

Sometimes its better if we just let them be happy with their narrow mind.

Men kind tends to over complicate human interactions, How great could be if everyone could respect what other people think, that way, everyone could speak their mind with out fear or regret, or even worst social rejection.

If we where able to do that would be so much easy & simple know each other and interact with each other.

But we usually say thing we think are polite or we simply just say what we think the other person would like to hear.

Free speech its one of the first individual warranties, but we almost never use on a daily basis, nevertheless we complained about it when we are aware that there are some countries limit that warranty.

I know I sound so naive, but right now I'm wishing that I would have obtained a true answers to a couple of simple questions that I made in the past.

Who I'm kidding, I'm totally aware that life with out deception could be incredibly boring, besides like Nietzsche said, "That which does not kill us makes us stronger". Also if meet someone was so simple you could never be able to appreciate when finally you get to know someone else.
